Initial Consultation:

The initial consultation which includes discovering a preliminary design is free for most projects. Once a preliminary design as been chosen, we charge a $25 non-refundable fee to develop the pattern.

Pricing:

Pricing for custom work is based largely upon the complexity of the design chosen, and not merely upon the size of the work.  Therefore, a large panel with a very simple design with straight lines, gental curves, etc. can cost less per square foot than a smaller panel with a more complex design such as a landscape, animals, flowers, etc. 

Other factors that influence the cost of the custom window is the choice of glass, bevel clusters, jewels or fused glass.

Window Repairs:

Because repairs can be a challenge and unpredictable, all repairs are done at the risk of the client and are billed on a time plus materials basis.  The hourly rate for most repairs is $40 per hour.  Estimates for extremely difficult or large repairs cannot be quoted until after the initial assessment.  All repair work must be brought to The Glass Galleria for an estimate to repair.  We require a 50% deposit to begin the repair.
